via inital phone call all suitable people who are interested to find out more. Top talent is identifie.
Step 5 - Video Interview
will be carried out with all shortlisted candidates allowing us to bring insight to a CV.
Step 6 - Shortlist
is presented to you with the top 3 candidates including CV and video interview recording.
Step 7 - Interviews
are arranged and conducted, candidate feedback post meeting will be passed on.
Step 8 - Completion
Offer made and agreed, contract signed, follow up process with both candidate and client.
